Goethe once said

Knowing is not enough; we must apply.

Willing is not enough; we must do.

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.

Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.

The soul that sees beauty may sometimes walk alone.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.

Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.

Nothing is worth more than this day.

Dream no small dreams for they have no power to move the hearts of men.

Magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that, you can make anything happen.

As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live.

Every day we should hear at least one little song, read one good poem, see one exquisite picture, and, if possible, speak a few sensible words.

In my last post I wrote about being never unemployed if you follow your calling.

But how do you know your calling?

Here’s how:

Your calling is what you do whether you are paid to do it or not.

Your calling is what you have to do in order to be happy.

Your calling is what connects you to your deepest self, and to the rest of life around you.

This quote also stands out in my mind right now from Confucius:

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

You see.

On the metaphysical level you’ve no competitors.

There’s no competition for your calling,

as you’re uniquely expressed in this grand world.

You not only have a place and position in the world. You have an essential function and responsibility to fulfill.

Only you can do the job of being YOU.

The universe itself is left incomplete without you.

You have to place yourself in service to the greatest drama there is:

 the actualization of your own potential.

Your ultimate function is simply to be the being you’re capable of being, and from that effort and endeavor—the development of your kindness and positivity, your vulnerability and availability to life—your calling will emerge so towering.

As you become who you are meant to be, what you are meant to do will fall into place like a GPS navigation leading you to your selected destination.

Your worthy place and position

You may be thinking.

“I don’t know what my calling is yet?”

but God does.

He knows how your talents and abilities can best fit into His plan for the enlightenment and healing of all things.

He knows what talents you have.

He will glorify as you use them to glorify Him.

And talents you don’t even know that you have, that lie latent within you,

will emerge as you surrender more deeply to love in service to others.

Indisputable and proven facts:

Did you know?

Someone who has confidence in God comes across as confident to the world?

Also someone who thinks of him- or herself as a follower of God comes across as a leader to the world?

Truly these are notable and ecstatic truths.

As you follow love in service to others.

You’ll develop a kind of invisible light, a sense of humble inner certitude, a greatness that comes from beyond yourself.

Your abilities, your intelligence, your talents, your personality, your circumstances, your dreams will all come together in a beautiful pattern and fashion.

And you will see all this as your calling—a calling back and forth, in continuous song, from your heart to the world and the world back to you.

Whew, i love THIS. This is powerful.

As a unique being of Gods creation, you are inwardly abundant.

External abundance will and is simply a reflection of who and what you are.

A spiritual economy is one in which abundance is a natural result of you actualizing your God-given gifts.

True prosperity is the prospering of our spirits in service to love.

To the loving heart, you’re a non-material wave of energy, on earth with a spiritual mission and commission.

This mission acts like a magnet, making the forces of the world arrange themselves in a way that supports this achievement.

No matter what you do, your abundance lies in dedicating your work to the purpose of healing the world. This is our common spiritual function, and it’s only in performing our function that we can be happy and fulfilled.

One more quote from Goethe:

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.

Concerning all acts of initiative there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and endless plans.

That the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves, too.

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred.

A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s

favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no man could have dreamed would come his way.

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it!

Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.

So, I encourage you to declare your pedigree NOW.

Join me in making a positive change to someone.

Come from love in all things, the rest will fall into place as the day follows the night.
